OUR STORY
Care that begins with our community.
In 2021, midwife Jeanine Valrie Logan set out to build what the South Side had been denied — a freestanding, Black midwife-led birth center rooted in the neighborhood it serves.
We envision care that affirms autonomy, healing, and self-determination — close to home and accountable to community.
OUR VISION
A South Side where every Black birthing person can birth on their own terms.
Everyone deserves dignity, safety, and power in birth.
Birth Justice
