What we’ll offer.

  • Comprehensive midwife-led care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

    Our care model centers relationship, education, informed choice, and continuity of care. Families receive personalized support through prenatal visits, labor and birth care, postpartum follow-up, and ongoing guidance as they transition into parenthood.

    Postpartum support includes emotional wellness, infant feeding support, recovery care, and home visits during the early postpartum period.

  • Holistic care and education for individuals and families preparing for pregnancy.

    Preconception visits may include conversations around nutrition, cycle health, fertility awareness, lifestyle support, reproductive health history, and preparing the body and mind for pregnancy and parenthood.

    Our approach recognizes preconception care as an opportunity to build health, confidence, and connection before pregnancy begins.

  • Supportive, nonjudgemental reproductive health care rooted in informed choice and bodily autonomy. Family planning services may include:

    • Fertility awareness education

    • Cycle tracking

    • Contraception counseling

    • Pregnancy spacing support

    • Reproductive health education

    We believe birthing people and families deserve access to clear information and compassionate support when making decisions about their reproductive lives.

  • Routine reproductive and gynecological care in a respectful, relationship-centered environment. Visits may include:

    • Pap smears

    • Breast exams

    • Reproductive health screenings

    • Menstrual and cycle health support

    • Contraception care

    • General wellness conversations

    Our approach prioritizes whole-person care, informed consent, and culturally responsive support.

  • Confidential testing, education, and support for sexually transmitted infections.

    Care includes nonjudgemental conversations around sexual health, prevention, treatment referrals when needed, and access to information that supports informed and empowered decision-making.

  • Community-rooted wellness support that recognizes the connection between physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational health. Offerings may include:

    • Herbal support

    • Therapeutic body care

    • Stress reduction practices

    • Postpartum wellness support

  • Workshops, classes, and educational offerings designed to support individuals, families, and the broader community throughout the reproductive journey. Topics may include:

First visits are an hour. We listen, learn your history, and answer the questions you actually have.

You’ll see the same small team throughout pregnancy — no anonymous on-call rotations.

A quiet, beautiful room — tub, bed, soft light. Your people are welcome.

Home visits, postpartum check-ins, and lactation care for the weeks that matter most.

Common questions.

  • Yes. We’ll accept Medicaid and most major commercial plans, with sliding-scale and community funded options to ensure access regardless of coverage.

  • Decades of evidence show midwife-led care produces excellent outcomes for low-risk pregnancies, with fewer interventions and higher satisfaction. We collaborate closely with hospital partners when higher-acuity care is needed.

  • People with low-risk pregnancies who choose physiological birth. We’ll talk through your history together at your first visit.

  • We’re located on the South Side of Chicago at 8301 S South Shore Drive.
